This year the readers of Experience Magazine have awarded Challenge MC with the title of best hosting & hospitality agency. A clear sign of appreciation for the dedication of the team and the family behind Challenge MC, which has been constantly present in the top 3 of this survey for years.

When Marie Catherine Devillé founded Challenge MC, she was soon able to rely on the support and expertise of her family. Stephanie, Dominique and Michel Devillé helped the business develop into the leading agency it is today. Ariane Expeels and Kathleen Rits have also been working as Project Experts for a decade. “Although we don't share the same name, we do feel like family by now!”, the ladies agree.

Close family, strong team

What makes Challenge MC so special? According to Marie Catherine, the involvement and continuity within the team are crucial to offer customers a tailor-made service and impeccable quality every time. “Cooperation comes natural to us: we complement each other perfectly, each in our own domain. We are therefore very pleased with the recognition we are now receiving for our teamwork.”

Perfection starts with the selection

Challenge MC is really proud of the fact that they look beyond the smile when recruiting their 'Challengers'. Personality first. “This is how we engage employees who fit in perfectly with the character and identity of our customers”, says Stephanie Devillé enthusiastically. “We're always looking for the right ambassadors to make a difference in each mission and every interaction.” For an optimal connection and communication, they also insist on bilingualism within the team and of their candidates.

Offices in Antwerp and Brussels

The events calendar in and around Brussels is particularly full. In order to optimise their recruitment and their services there, Challenge MC opened an office in Diegem in 2017. “Thanks to our presence in the capital, we can match our Challengers even better with our customers”, explains Michel Devillé, “because this local connection contributes to quality.”

The right knowledge for the best service

Marie Catherine and her colleagues understand what companies are looking for. “Thanks to our experience in the field - we have all been hostesses or promo boys - we can properly assess the needs of our customers, an added value that we also put into practice.” In addition to ambassadors for a variety of events and promotional activities, Challenge MC now also trains Hospitality Officers, for example. They enter into a long-term commitment and guarantee a professional hospitality service tailored to the needs of a specific company.
